How to Request Deletion

You can request that we delete your OnSync account data at any time in line with GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play User Data requirements. We will verify your identity before removing data to ensure the security of your organization's workspace.

Submit a ticket

Send a request to our privacy team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email, workspace/org ID, and the phone numbers connected to your WhatsApp or other messaging integrations so we can locate your records quickly.

Information to include

  • Primary email address tied to your OnSync/Flutter account
  • Workspace or organization name
  • Phone numbers or WhatsApp Business IDs connected to Automations
  • Whether associated billing records should also be removed once charges settle
  • Any regulatory reason (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) driving the request

What We Delete

Once we verify ownership we will:

  • Deactivate and delete your Flutter/OnSync mobile app login credentials
  • Erase chat history, media, templates, and analytics stored for your WhatsApp Business integration
  • Remove organization members, contact records, automations, and workflow data
  • Delete payment profiles after outstanding invoices are settled

Aggregated or anonymized metrics that no longer identify you personally may be retained to monitor service uptime.

Timeline & Status Updates

  • Day 0: We confirm receipt of your request and may ask for additional verification.
  • Within 7 days: Access to your workspace is suspended while we queue the deletion job.
  • Within 30 days: We complete deletion of personal and customer data, subject to legal retention rules.
  • After completion: You receive a confirmation email describing the actions taken.

Legal Hold & Retention Exceptions

We may keep limited records when required by tax, anti-fraud, or telecommunications laws. Examples include invoices, proof of consent, and abuse-prevention logs. These records are isolated from active systems and automatically purged when the retention obligation ends.
